School Website display diagnostics

We are so sorry that you are are having problems opening our school’s website or the information is not being displayed properly. This can be due to a multitude of reasons,  often out of our control.

Before you complete the form below you may wish to try and clear your browser’s cashe. This can be done from the settings in your browser under “Privacy & Security” for Google Chrome and Firefox, or “Privacy, Search & Services” for Microsoft Edge.

If this has not solved the problem, for us to help you, we will need to gets some basic information from you which should be very easy to acquire, namely:

  1.  Your IP Address
  2.  The browser that you are using

If you have a screenshot, so we can see what you are seeing, that may help too.

How to notes:

1 Your IP address

Enter “what is my ip address?” into google or bing and the answer will be on the screen like “81.143.224.158”

 

2 The browser you are using

Go to  https://www.whatsmybrowser.org/ and your browser and version number will display automatically

 


Getting a screenshot (if requested)

On a PC running Windows 10 press keys :
shift + window key + S
Then select area and save to desktop.

On a PC running Windows 7 Press keys :
Ctrl + Print_Scrn
It appears that nothing happens but it would have copied into memory. To paste in the box below press keys ctrl + V

Alternative for PC running windows 7 or 10 :
open “Snipping Tool” app and follow instructions.
Save file to desktop and email to us wit this document

On a mac

press keys : cmd + shift + 3
